Small group classes are offered at predetermined dates and times throughout the year.  There are options for those who are ready to learn in person and those who would prefer to learn online. Each series runs for 5 consecutive weeks, with each class lasting 2.5 hours.  Ideal time to enroll is between 24-30 weeks of pregnancy.  These classes require preregistration as they tend to fill quickly.  Classes are capped at 7 couples.

Tuition includes a copy of the textbook, HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method, a parent workbook, and digital downloads of relaxation tracks for at home practice.

The exact same content and time frame of the group classes, but in an individualized setting.  Private classes can be arranged during the day, evening, or on weekends.  Ideal if your birthing time is quick approaching, if the group schedule simply does not work for you, or if you prefer a more intimate setting.

If you have already taken a HypnoBirthing series (either with myself or another certified instructor) and are looking for a basic refresher of the key points, this class is the one for you.  A private 2.5 hour session will include a brief birth processing session; review of HypnoBirthing tools, techniques, and breathing styles; and an emotion release hypnosis session to ensure a clean slate as you prepare for your next birth!

HypnoMothering classes are offered in 3 specific formats - for mamas to be, mamas with infants/young children, and mamas of preschoolers.  This one time, 2.5 hour class will provide practical, easy, and fast self-hypnosis techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mother face.

Both group and individual classes are scheduled frequently.  Please contact me about upcoming dates and times.  Mamas only please.  I ask that you set this time aside for yourself and make other arrangements for children/partners/pets. Tuition includes 9 digital downloads for relaxation exercises specifically created to complement techniques taught in class.

This 2.5 hour class is designed to teach new parents what to expect in the first few weeks of breastfeeding.  Special focus on baby body language and hunger cues, positioning, latch, how to know if you are making enough milk, and a good base of general knowledge to help ensure a confident beginning and continued breastfeeding success.  This can be taken while pregnant or with babe in arms.

Feeding your baby is a natural skill...but it is one you need to learn!  And learning is always easier with a little support.  As a Certified Lactation Counselor, I offer in home visits to parents within a 30 mile radius of my home (further means a travel surcharge of $0.60 per mile).  We can troubleshoot issues, assess latch and milk transfer, check baby's weight, and generally make sure things are off to a good start.

Treat yourself.  Honor this season.  Learn as much as you can.
